If your toy arrives broken or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. 

 

If you change your mind and would like a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days in a new, resalable condition with original packaging intact and tags attached.  Box up your item(s) and enclose a copy of your packing slip or a note with the name, phone number, email address that the order was placed under, and order number if you have it. Make a note of the reason for your return.  Ship with your choice of trackable carrier such as the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx to the following address:
